How to Use Click and Collect
1. Place your order online
As part of the checkout process, you will be offered various delivery options. Choose the Click and Collect (Customer Collects at Carlow Showroom) option.
2. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection
Please do not go straight to our showroom until we send you an email or call you to do so. You will receive an email/phone call from us when your order is ready for collection. This email will include your order invoice & details of where and when to collect your order. Approximate delivery time, for in stock items, to your selected collection region is 1 – 11 days for accessories & 3 – 10 days for furniture items.
3. What to bring when collecting your order?
Please make sure you bring your online order invoice (proof of purchase).
Collection Location
Please note that our furniture range is not available for in-store collection on the day of purchase. Furniture is available to collect from our Showroom or Warehouse.

Date/Time To Collect
Your order will be available to collect on the date specified within the email or phone call received. If you are unable to collect your order on this date, you will need to arrange a different collection date with our Customer Service team, who can be contacted at webenquiries@lawlorsfurniture.ie.
Important To Note
Please note that the majority of our furniture are large items and will not fit in a regular-sized car. Please make sure that your car is big enough, before choosing Click & Collect. If you have any doubts, please contact us at webenquiries@lawlorsfurniture.ie and we will be able to provide you with information on the size of the items ordered.

How It Works
- Purchase the Classic Full House Flooring Package online
- We arrange an in-home measurement at a time that suits you
- Choose your laminate and carpet type/colour during your consultation
- Final price is confirmed before installation begins
Terms & Conditions
- Prices are based on 60m² of laminate flooring and 69m² of carpet.
- Final price is subject to in home measurement and confirmation of quantities prior to order.
- Any areas exceeding the stated allowances will be charged per square metre at the applicable rate.
- Packages apply to standard residential layouts only, covering kitchen, dining, hall, living room, three bedrooms, stairs and landing.
- Packages include supply and professional fitting, 11mm premium underlay upstairs, specified underlay downstairs, and all trims and accessories.
- Skirting removal and refit applies to new builds only unless otherwise agreed.
- Packages are based on selected ranges and specifications only. Any changes to flooring, carpet, underlay or product selection will result in a revised price.
- All flooring quantities include a standard allowance for cutting and wastage.
- Additional wastage due to site conditions or layout may be chargeable.
- Subfloor preparation is not included unless stated. Any levelling, repair work or additional preparation required will be quoted separately.
- Furniture removal, appliance disconnection and reconnection are not included unless agreed in advance.
- Adequate access to the property must be provided on agreed fitting dates. Delays or restricted access may result in additional charges.
- These packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, builder incentive, voucher or scheme, unless agreed in writing.
- Optional upgrades, additional works and extras are not included in the package price unless clearly stated.
- All orders are subject to final survey, product availability and fitting schedule.
Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to confirm all orders.
- Two thirds of the total balance is payable at the time of ordering.
- The remaining balance, less €500, is due 48 hours prior to the agreed fitting date.
- The final €500 balance is due immediately upon completion of the works.
- Where payment due 48 hours prior to fitting is not received, the fitting date may be reallocated and the customer will be required to reschedule.
